There was a slight problem with my item. When I spoke to the representative, they were extremely understanding and did everything quickly to make it right!
I really appreciated the personal attention and the ability to talk to a real person who knew the product!

This company is a class act all around. Whenever I’ve had the slightest issue (it’s never anything major!) they are incredibly quick and efficient at solving the problem. I love buying gifts here. I’m never disappointed. Their customer service is such a breath of fresh air!

I had ordered a few things for my wife as an anniversary gift. I didn't think about extra shipping until after I placed the order and saw the delivery date was after our anniversary. I emailed the staff, and luckily they were able to upgrade and I was able to get them in time. THANK YOU so much!
